2nd July 2022
To all parents/carers,
We need your help.
Having missed the last 2 school Christmas Fayres due to Covid and missed out on these fund-raising opportunities, we are hoping to combine with St. Bridget’s Church and hold a joint Summer Fayre on the afternoon of Saturday 2nd July.
There are not many remaining active members of the PTA, so without other parents and carers volunteering to help for this event, we will not be able to go ahead with the fayre.
So if you are available and able to help, please volunteer. Most of the needed roles are for on the day itself, but there are some preparation tasks needed in the days leading up to the fair.
Please click on this link to sign-up as a helper to make the Summer Fayre possible:
Or otherwise please email stbridgetspa@gmail.com if you are able to help in any way.
We are hoping to run many of the traditional fayre stalls alongside the church fayre stalls and some fun/activity stalls, including Bottle tombola, Chocolate, Cakes, Teddies, Gifts, Face-Painting and a Craft stall.
If anyone has ideas of any additional stalls which they would like to organise and run, which would provide fundraising for the school, please get in contact with us.
Similarly, if you would like to become more involved in the PTA and help with planning future fundraising events, please let us know by email.
Thank you
