Financial Education
At St. Bridget's, our children explore elements of financial education through our Heartsmart lessons. By the time children get to Upper Key Stage 2 we utilise 'MoneySense' educational resources to explore some key ideas such as understanding how we can pay for things, keeping our money safe and budgeting.
MoneySense is a free and impartial financial education programme from NatWest that has helped millions of young people learn about money. The programme has received the Financial Education Quality Mark from Young Money and it’s easy to use, interactive and fun. The programme's website also has several resources for parents and can be accessed using MoneySense for Parents
